By playing on TotalGaming RO, you automatically agree to the following rules.

01. General Conduct

• 1.1 Respect the Staff: GM decisions are final. Harassment, insults, or threats toward staff members will result in an immediate permanent ban.
• 1.2 No Toxicity: Excessive insulting, racism, religious attacks, or hate speech in global/public chats is strictly forbidden.
• 1.3 Impersonation: Pretending to be a Staff member or another player to scam or gain information is a permanent ban.
• 1.4 Advertising: Promoting other Ragnarok Online servers or unrelated websites/services is strictly prohibited.
• 1.5 Language: Please use English in Main/Global channels so everyone can understand. Personal languages are allowed in Guild and Party chats.

02. Gameplay & Fair Play

• 2.1 Third-Party Programs: Use of bots, macros, auto-clickers, or any software that automates gameplay is strictly prohibited. Our protection system logs these attempts.
• 2.2 Bug Exploiting: If you find a bug, report it immediately. Using it for your advantage (Zeny, EXP, or Item duping) will lead to a permanent account suspension.
• 2.3 Multi-Clienting: Players are allowed to open a maximum of 2 clients per IP address. Using proxies, VPNs, or any other bypasses to open more is strictly punishable.
• 2.4 AFK Farming: Using pets or skills (like Alchemist homunculus) to farm while away from the computer is not allowed if it disrupts others or creates massive lag.
• 2.5 Griefing & KS: Intentional "Dead Branching" in towns, massive "Kill Stealing" (KS) on non-MVP maps, or "Mob Training" to kill other players is punishable.
• 2.6 MVP Etiquette: MVPs are "Free for All" (FFA). The first person to engage/find the MVP has the right to kill it, but KS reports on MVPs are generally not investigated unless it involves harassment.

03. Trading & Economy (RMT Policy)

• 3.1 Real Money Trading (RMT): Selling items, Zeny, or accounts for real money is strictly forbidden. Both the seller and the buyer will receive a permanent hardware ban.
• 3.2 Cross-Server Trading: Trading items from TotalGaming RO for items on another RO server is considered RMT and is forbidden.
• 3.3 Scamming: Any form of trade scamming will be investigated. We encourage players to take screenshots of important trades. Always double-check your trade windows!
• 3.4 Vending: Do not block NPCs or portals with your shop. Use the designated vending areas or `@at` command.

04. Account Responsibility

• 4.1 Security: You are solely responsible for your account's security. Use a unique password not used on other servers.
• 4.2 No Recovery: We do not restore items or Zeny lost due to "account sharing" or weak passwords. If you give your password to a "friend", you take the risk.
• 4.3 Staff Security: TotalGaming Staff will NEVER ask for your password or items to "inspect" them.
• 4.4 Character Names: Avoid offensive, racist, or sexual names. Staff reserves the right to force-rename characters that violate this.
